The ideal candidate has proven experience building data roadmaps, leading analytics teams, and turning healthcare data into actionable insights in a healthcare environment. Hybrid work options are available in Eagle, ID or Salt Lake City, UT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, CS, IS, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, data strategy, or data product management.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing analytics or BI teams.
• Experience with Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, warehousing, reporting, and analytics best practices.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Position Summary
