Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Products & Analytics Manager to lead enterprise data analytics, BI, and data product strategy across healthcare subsidiaries. You will oversee dashboards, self-service analytics, and AI-powered reporting using Tableau, Sigma, and Power BI.

This role requires 5+ years in analytics or BI, 3+ years leading teams, and a degree in data/CS or related field. You will collaborate with business leaders to deliver scalable data solutions and promote data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data strategy, or data product management.
3+ years of leadership experience managing analytics or BI teams.
Experience with Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise data analytics and business intelligence strategy.
Manage analytics products, dashboards, reporting solutions, and AI-powered analytics tools.
Own and administer BI platforms including Tableau, Sigma, and Power BI.
Establish analytics governance, KPI standards, and data visualization best practices.
Partner with business leaders and technical teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
Oversee a team of BI and Data Analysts.
Drive adoption of self-service analytics and data-driven decision-making.
