The role requires 5+ years in data analytics and 3+ years leading analytics teams, with healthcare industry experience highly preferred. Hybrid work options available in Eagle, ID or Salt Lake City, UT.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data strategy, or data product management.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing analytics or BI teams.
  • Experience with Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data warehousing, reporting, and analytics best practices.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Position Summary
