Job summary

Pennant Group, Inc. seeks an Analytics Engineer to help design and optimize our enterprise data platform across senior living and healthcare services.

You will work with data engineers, analysts, and business partners to deliver scalable data models and analytics solutions that support reporting and AI-driven decision-making. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in analytics engineering or related fields, strong SQL, dbt experience, and familiarity with Snowflake.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of analytics engineering, data warehousing, BI, or data analytics experience.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience with dbt.
• Snowflake experience preferred.
• Healthcare data experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data warehouse models.
• Develop and support dbt transformation pipelines and automated testing.
• Translate business requirements into trusted analytics solutions and reusable data products.
• Optimize SQL queries and data models for performance and scalability.
• Support data quality, governance, lineage, and documentation initiatives.
• Create semantic models and business metrics for reporting and analytics.
• Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to solve complex data challenges.
