Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in technology with strong leadership, RBAC lifecycle expertise, and hands-on experience with identity, cloud IAM, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a tech or business field plus extensive security leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise Cyber Security programs and teams.
• Strong knowledge of security controls, risk management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of managers, engineers, and analysts to enforce security controls.
• Develop enterprise Cyber Security strategy with scalable automation.
• Own architecture, planning, and delivery of cybersecurity programs.
• Collaborate across TODD to align security with business goals and risk appetite.
• Drive SOX compliance efforts and security best practices across on-prem and cloud.
