Regions Bank is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Group Manager to lead a diverse team overseeing daily operations of cyber security controls protecting bank assets, customers, and associates. You will drive strategy, architecture, and enterprise programs across on‑prem and cloud environments.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and strong communication with executive stakeholders to align security with business goals. Onsite at Birmingham region facilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field with 15+ years of related experience, or a HS diploma with 19+ years.
• Leadership and management experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience with identity governance, privileged access management and SSO.
• Ability to drive enterprise cybersecurity strategy and risk management.

• Creates enterprise cyber security strategy and ensures scalable, automated lifecycle controls.
• Leads architecture, planning, and delivery of security programs across the enterprise.
• Documents and shares cyber security best practices for on-prem and cloud environments.
• Drives SOX compliance efforts through cyber security tools and governance.
• Manages staff and partners with business functions on security requirements.
