Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking an Enterprise and Cyber Security Architecture Manager to direct the program that develops and leverages EA principles across the organization, including security architecture and cloud strategy. You will lead the EA/SA function, partner with business leaders, analyze drivers, and drive implementation plans with a focus on risk, security, and scalable architectures.

The role requires strong leadership, executive communication, and a track record in financial services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Eight (8) years of experience in two or more technology disciplines in a heterogeneous environment.
• Two (2) years of supervisory or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads the creation or evolution of the EA/SA function across enterprise viewpoints.
• Partners with business leaders to understand and advance business and technology strategies.
• Leads analysis of business drivers to derive architecture requirements.
• Analyzes industry trends to determine impact on the enterprise.
• Develops an implementation plan for EA/SA based on requirements.
• Oversees EA/SA implementation and documentation of design and analysis work.
• Consults with teams to fit solutions to architecture across viewpoints.
• Standardizes on-premises and cloud infrastructure and frameworks.
• Promotes EA/SA results to technology and business leaders.
• Ensures risk controls are designed, implemented, and monitored.
