Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field and 15 years of related experience
• Or High School Diploma or GED with 19 years of related experience
• Leadership and management experience

Responsibilities

• Creates strategy influencing business methods and integrated security restrictions.
• Develops an enterprise strategy for Cyber Security with scalable automation across lifecycle.
• Leads architecture, planning and delivery of enterprise-level Cyber Security programs.
• Delivers best practices for on-premise and cloud-based security for employees, contractors, and vendors.
• Leads use of Cyber Security tools to optimize SOX compliance efforts.
• Ensures IT strategy and architecture translate into Cyber Security programs and technologies.
• Leads application development Cyber Security strategy for internal services and customer authentication.
• Manages, coaches, and develops Cyber Security staff.
• Partners with TODD to design and monitor security controls across the organization.
• Translates metrics for executive audiences with varying technical knowledge.
• Develops and retains a high performing team with deep technical ability across Cyber Security
• Prioritizes deadlines and aligns with business goals
• Ensures change management by evaluating risk and control impacts
