You will guide architecture, incident response, and cross-functional delivery aligned with regulatory standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience (or a HS diploma with 12+ years) and at least 4 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and eight years of related experience.
• Or High School Diploma or GED and twelve years of related experience.
• Four years of lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops cyber security architecture and designs aligned with standards and threats.
• Develops and implements incident response protocols for ongoing threats.
• Communicates threat status to senior management and executives.
• Evaluates hardware, firmware, and software for security impact.
• Coordinates with other managers to integrate security with projects.
• Partners across TODD to strengthen risk management and compliance.
• Ensures disciplined change management for processes and systems.
