Regions Bank is seeking a Cyber Security Manager to lead a diverse team of engineers and analysts protecting bank assets. You will oversee malware defense, network/internet security, analytics, threat intelligence, and data protection while aligning with information security standards.

The role requires strategic incident response planning, risk-based decisions, and close collaboration with TODD teams. It is onsite in multiple US locations including Nashville.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Four years of lead or supervisory experience.
• Experience with security controls in financial services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops cyber security architecture, controls, standards, and strategies.
• Develops and implements incident response protocols for threats.
• Communicates threat environment and incidents to senior management.
• Coordinates with other managers to integrate security components with IT projects.
• Partners across TODD to strengthen risk management and compliance.
• Ensures disciplined change management for processes and systems.
