Reltio, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive adoption and retention for large enterprise customers after implementation.

You will leverage in-depth knowledge of Reltio products, customer industry, and business processes to enable unified, interoperable data and guide customers toward achieving their goals. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customer sponsors, craft strategic success plans, and work with sales to identify upsell opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in Enterprise Software as a Technical CSM, Technical Account Manager or Success Architect.
• Deep knowledge of cloud software solutions, master data management, data governance, data quality and analytics concepts, architecture and use cases.
• Ability to apply industry knowledge to understand a customer's goals, strategies, and business objectives.
• Strong consultative skills and ability to build trust with customers.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills with credibility in front of senior executives.
• Experience in data management consulting or solutioning and understanding applications within a customer ecosystem.

• Document and track customer information to enable data-driven decisions.
