Job summary

Findhelp is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for the Public Sector in Madison, WI. You will own the entire customer lifecycle for high-value government and community partners, aligning strategic goals with product capabilities and executive reporting.

You will leverage Vitally and HubSpot, and apply generative AI to monitor account health, drive adoption, and minimize churn while communicating clear value through QBRs to C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise customer success or related roles.
• Experience with public sector clients.
• Ability to translate data into strategic insights.
