Job summary

Stripe is seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to oversee a book of enterprise customers, delivering proactive workshops, business reviews, payments insights, and thought leadership to help users grow their business.

The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, technical account managers, and operations teams to engage customers in product, payment, and technical conversations, driving retention and growth across strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in a client-facing enterprise relationship role.
• Experience leading technical conversations and guiding actions from requirements.
• Strong executive presence and in-person presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving targets in a sales context.
• Experience handling difficult customers and driving resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives and technical managers to support post‑sale engagements focused on optimization, retention, and growth of enterprise customers.
• Manage a book of customers to drive account health, renewals, usage, referrals, and satisfaction.
• Serve as a trusted payments and product advisor delivering insights and performance metrics.
• Lead business reviews, align on user priorities, and share roadmap guidance.
• Advocate for customers with Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing, and Sales to drive improvements.
