Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing enterprise relationship role.
• Experience leading technical conversations with stakeholders.
• Proven track record of achieving targets in a sales context.
• Ability to engage executives and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives and technical account managers to support post-sale engagements.
• Manage a book of enterprise customers to drive health, retention, and growth.
• Advise customers on payments and product usage and provide insights.
• Conduct business reviews to align on user priorities and provide guidance on product roadmap.
• Communicate customer feedback to Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing, and Sales to drive improvements.
• Identify opportunities to expand within accounts with the account team.
