Job summary

AngelList Venture is on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts in the fast-growing AI sector. You will drive adoption, expansion, and renewal, while reporting directly to the Customer Success Lead.

The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise customer relationships and a track record in managing complex accounts. The role requires a full-time in-office presence in New York City with a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience owning enterprise customer relationships in a customer success or account management role.
• Direct ownership of a renewal and expansion number against a portfolio of six- and seven-figure enterprise accounts.
• Track record of driving adoption and retention across complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts: drive adoption, expansion, and renewal.
• Run the customer relationship end to end, from onboarding through renewal.
• Contribute to account health metrics and renewal processes.
