Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of B2B account management or project management with US enterprise accounts (Financial Services).
• Experience with CRM, BPM, LC/NC, and AI solutions preferred.
• Fluent English with executive-level communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop long-term relationships with strategic Corporate & Enterprise customers across the US region.
• Act as trusted advisor and communicate with executives including C-level.
• Audit delivery processes in implementation projects and identify early red flags.
• Help customers achieve outcomes, value realization, and high ROI.
• Grow portfolio through zero churn and cross/upsell opportunities.
• Maintain a higher than industry-average NPS score.
