Job summary

Sela’s Customer Success Manager will own relationships with enterprise mortgage lenders, driving adoption, defining success criteria, and growing accounts. You’ll be the voice of the customer inside Sela, partnering with Forward Deployed and Product to turn insights into better agents and a better product.

This is a customer-facing role first; you won’t build agents, but you’ll diagnose what’s working and what customers need next, while maintaining health and expansion across a portfolio of

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in customer success or enterprise account management.
• Clear, polished communication; maintain trust in all news scenarios.
• Track record of owning customer outcomes end to end in a fast-moving env.
• Comfort with analyzing data to understand customer behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise mortgage lenders.
• Define success criteria, run QBRs and executive business reviews.
• Monitor account health and drive proactive expansions.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve escalations and improve the product.
• Represent the voice of the customer to shape the roadmap.
