Job summary

Sela is seeking a customer-success oriented leader to own end-to-end deployment and ongoing optimization of AI voice agents for major mortgage lenders. You will act as the connective tissue between Sela and its customers, guiding deployments from initial rollout to expansion and refinement of agent performance.

You will partner with customers to define success, shape the agent roadmap, and implement changes using Cursor and Claude Code, ensuring measurable outcomes and strong client

Qualifications

Excellent communication with polished delivery in all situations.
End-to-end ownership in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Good data intuition and ability to glean insights from datasets.
Willingness to dive deep into a technical product.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of voice agents from scoping to production.
Reshape agents for specific lender operations: flows, edge cases, compliance, handoffs.
Be primary contact and trusted advisor for customers, defining success plans.
Monitor account health and surface unmet needs to inform the roadmap.
Help define playbooks and operating standards as the team scales.
