Job summary

Sela AI looks for a results-oriented customer-success lead who will own the deployment and expansion of AI voice agents for mortgage lenders. You will ensure the technology works for each client by shaping agent flows, handling compliance, and coordinating with Cursor and Claude Code implementations.

You will serve as the primary liaison, monitor health, and translate customer needs into scalable playbooks, helping Sela scale its customer success function in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with polished delivery including good news and bad news while maintaining trust.
• End-to-end ownership in ambiguous, fast-moving environments beyond basic scope.
• Strong data intuition; comfortable reading datasets and deriving insights.
• Willingness to dive deep into a technical product without prior AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of voice agents in production, from scoping to launch and iteration.
• Reshape agents around lender operations: flows, edge cases, compliance, human handoffs.
• Be primary contact and trusted advisor for customers, aligning on success plans.
• Monitor account health proactively and surface unmet needs to the roadmap.
• Help define playbooks and operating standards as Sela scales the team.
