You’ll build from the ground up: the commercial engine, revenue metrics, and the governance that keeps a fast-growing team aligned. A founder-facing generalist mindset is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years in consulting or investment roles with problem-solving experience.
• Startup business operations experience and commercial sense.
• Able to negotiate with enterprise legal teams and explain numbers clearly.
• High initiative; can operate with incomplete scope and deliver results.
• Comfort working closely with a founder and translating problems into solutions.
• Technically curious about how an AI product actually works.

Aufgaben

• Own contract processes, MSAs, negotiations, and signature tracking.
• Build and maintain operating metrics, revenue ops, and GTM reporting.
• Own pricing strategy, structures, and rationale as the company moves upmarket.
• Take end-to-end ownership of problems and deliver finished work to the CEO.
