Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing Enterprise CSM team.
• Standardize best practices and playbooks for consistency.
• Coach team on data-driven storytelling and executive-level decks.
• Develop and implement scalable CS processes and QBR cadence.
• Define and monitor customer health metrics and leading indicators.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and UX teams.
• Map enterprise accounts and mitigate churn risks.
