Job summary

Audyence, a high-growth B2B marketing technology company in downtown Austin, seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager. You will own the enterprise relationship from contract signature onward, drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewals, and influence expansions in a rapidly evolving AI-driven environment.

You will collaborate with the VP of Customer Experience, Implementation and Support teams, and sales to shape a scalable CS function from zero, embedding value and trusted partnership

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles.
• Proven AI fluency and ability to redesign work around AI tools.
• Track record of driving retention and expansion without relying on heavy negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise relationship from contract to renewal and expansion.
• Develop proactive cadence, dashboards, and value demonstrations.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and implementation to maximize retention.
• Identify expansion opportunities and advocate for customer needs.
• Promote customer health and reference/advocacy programs.
