Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of relevant technical and business work experience.
• Three or more years of higher education experience.
• Salesforce Admin I Certification.
• Advanced written and communication skills.
• Intermediate presentation/training skills.
• Expert level Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Enterprise CRM analyst team and mentor staff.
• Lead CRM projects, prioritize tasks, and report status to stakeholders.
• Oversee collection, analysis, and documentation of client business requirements.
• Develop and deliver user training and training content.
• Maintain relationships with campus partners and external vendors.
• Collaborate with team and university colleagues on projects.
• Participate in professional development and internal committees.
• Support the university mission in CRM initiatives.
