Zusammenfassung

Core-Mark is seeking a Credit & Collections Floater to provide strategic credit leadership across multiple OpCos and lead critical projects. This role ensures business continuity during staffing gaps, supports audits, and drives policy implementation while strengthening collections performance.

You will evaluate credit risk, oversee AR results, and collaborate with Corporate Credit, Shared Services, and divisions to mitigate financial risk. Strong leadership and adaptability are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in credit management.
• Experience as a credit manager in a large organization.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and support for credit and collections across multiple OpCos and special assignments.
• Lead onboarding for newly hired Credit Managers and Credit Analysts.
• Support business continuity by managing customer portfolios and credit operations as assigned.
• Partner with Corporate Credit, Shared Services, and Division leadership to address operational risks.
• Lead special projects, process improvements, system implementations, acquisitions, and change management efforts.
• Assist with audit readiness, documentation reviews, and SOX/compliance activities.
• Develop expertise in Accounts Receivable and Credit Management practices and guide teams.
• Travel to OpCos as needed to support operations and transition activities.
