Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking an experienced Credit & Collections Floater to provide strategic credit management leadership across multiple OpCos. You will oversee accounts receivable, assess customer risk, and lead projects to improve collections and policy compliance.

You will support onboarding, drive process improvements, and partner with finance and sales teams to manage risk and ensure smooth operations. Domestic travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years progressive experience in credit management within a large organization.
• Experience as a credit manager and in credit operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for credit and collections across multiple OpCos and special projects.
• Act as interim Credit Manager for OpCos facing staffing shortages or transitions.
• Oversee portfolios, collections activities, and credit operations per policy.
• Collaborate with Corporate Credit, Shared Services, and Division leadership on risks.
• Lead process improvements, system implementations, and audits readiness.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls across locations.
• Monitor DSOs, aging, delinquencies, and cash application accuracy.
• Train Credit Managers and Analysts on policies, systems, and best practices.
• Travel up to 50% to support operations and transitions.
