Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking an experienced Credit & Collections professional to serve as a floater across OpCos, leading credit management, collections, and project initiatives. You will evaluate customer credit risk, manage accounts receivable, and drive process improvements across multiple operating companies.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with division leaders, and the ability to travel up to 50% to support operations, audits, and transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in credit management in a large organization.
• Experience as a credit manager or lead role with exposure to SAP, Bectran, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support for credit and collections across multiple OpCos and special assignments.
• Act as interim Credit Manager for OpCos facing staffing shortages or operational challenges.
• Lead onboarding of new Credit Managers and Analysts; support audit readiness and policy implementation.
