Job summary
Roadrunner is building a new enterprise CPQ stack and seeks a solutions engineer to own end-to-end implementations, align pricing with business goals, and drive adoption.
You will collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams, manage complex deployments, and ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget.
Experience with Salesforce, SAP CPQ, HubSpot, and ERP integrations (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) is valued; willingness to travel to San Francisco during onboarding.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering complex enterprise CPQ/CRM implementations end-to-end.
- Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders (CIOs, RevOps, CAOs).
- Hands-on familiarity with CPQ/ERP integrations and data models.
Responsibilities
- Deliver multiple moderately complex to complex solutions.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Roadrunner implementations.
- Monitor project quality, financials, risk, and delivery performance.
- Ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, including C-level leaders.
- Drive product adoption by aligning implementations to business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
