Job summary

Navan in Palo Alto seeks a Senior Business Systems Engineer focused on Salesforce CPQ to design, configure, develop, and support scalable CPQ solutions that power product configuration, pricing, discounting, approvals, and quote generation.

You will partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders, own CPQ enhancements from design through deployment, troubleshoot issues, maintain security and data integrity, and support release management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience with CPQ.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience designing, configuring, developing, and supporting Salesforce CPQ solutions.
• Proficiency with Flow, Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and security concepts.
• Experience managing deployments through development, testing, source control, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing, discounting, approval rules, and quote templates.
• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and Visualforce.
• Configure and support CPQ features: product rules, price rules, discount schedules, bundles, contracted pricing, and Advanced Approvals.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into CPQ solutions.
• Own CPQ enhancements from design and development through testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot CPQ issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Maintain CPQ performance, data integrity, security, and usability.
• Support release management and deployments with version control and change processes.
• Create and maintain technical and design documentation.
• Collaborate with adjacent Salesforce and enterprise systems teams.
