Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Manager, Corporate Governance/Legal Affairs (Corporate Secretary) to support governance, entity management, and compliance for its U.S. and Canadian subsidiaries.

This role sits within a high-impact Corporate Secretary team that drives governance across NBCUniversal's global portfolio. The ideal candidate will manage a high volume of activities, maintain data integrity, and partner with Legal, Tax, Finance, and external providers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in corporate governance, corporate secretary, or legal entity management.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate governance and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing corporate filings, minute books, and legal entity records.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate secretarial support for U.S. and Canadian entities, including drafting secretary certificates and governance documents.
• Prepare and file annual reports and other statutory filings to maintain entities in good standing.
• Maintain corporate digital minute books and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on governance matters relating to Canadian entities.
• Generate entity reports and org charts for internal stakeholders.
