Job summary

NBCUniversal’s Compliance Operations team seeks a Compliance Operations Manager to support data compliance and governance across business and technology groups. This role emphasizes strategy development, collaboration with Legal, Product, and IT, and ensuring scalable processes and controls in a hybrid work environment.

The position focuses on operationalizing regulatory requirements, developing governance frameworks, and enabling continuous program improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance operations, risk management, governance, or program management.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into operational processes and controls.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with business, legal, compliance and technology stakeholders.
• Excellent documentation and requirements-writing skills.
• Ability to develop reporting, dashboards, and executive-level communications.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise compliance initiatives including change management, control implementation, policy adherence, and governance programs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, Technology, and business teams to operationalize regulatory requirements.
• Document risks, issues, and actionable solutions; track progress to completion.
• Develop and maintain compliance operating procedures and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional sessions, gather requirements, and document decisions.
