Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field or Bachelor's with 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for the core platform balancing near-term operational excellence with long-term modernization priorities.
• Lead multiple engineering teams to design and deliver platform features for enterprise stakeholders.
• Drive self-service strategy to enable owners to configure onboarding and manage use cases independently.
• Define how use cases interact with the platform by setting onboarding, API contracts, and incident management standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in platform API performance, usability, and operational efficiency at enterprise scale.
• Ensure the platform meets data governance, compliance, and architectural standards as requirements evolve.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across LOBs and platform teams.
