Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive construction management, capital project, turnaround, outage, maintenance execution, or field leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish enterprise construction standards, field execution governance, and owner accountabilities across sites and units.
• Provide oversight for capital projects, turnaround work, and high‑risk field execution.
• Align projects with operations, maintenance, project controls, EHS, and contractors.
• Lead readiness reviews covering constructability, packaging, logistics, and turnover requirements.
• Drive safety culture with permit-to-work, energy isolation, critical lifts, and safe work practices.
• Influence planning, scheduling, contracting strategy, and cost/production forecasting.
