Job summary

Amazon Leo Commercial Sales in Arlington, VA seeks a seasoned sales leader to build and run a North America direct sales team. You will own pipeline development, deal execution, and revenue growth for Leo connectivity with commercial accounts across energy, maritime, mining, and retail.

This is an early‑stage organization; you will define the sales motion, hire and develop the team, and close the first deals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-performing sales teams delivering outsized results.
• Experience negotiating large complex deals and leading cross-functional teams to closing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the North America Commercial sales quota and drive pipeline, deals, and bookings.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of account executives selling Leo connectivity to direct customers.
• Define land-and-expand strategy for multi-site enterprise accounts across industries.
• Develop executive engagement plans and commercial structuring for top prospects.
• Partner with AWS field teams to identify co-sell opportunities and accelerate revenue.
