Job summary

Topcon Healthcare is seeking an Industry Solutions Executive (ISE) to connect corporate optometry customers with Topcon’s connected-care portfolio. You will translate solutions into end-to-end workflows that deliver measurable value for providers, patients, and health systems.

You will lead executive-level engagements, craft business cases, and enable sales teams with compelling assets. This role requires strategic vision, strong communication, and a willingness to travel about half the time

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise commercial, strategic sales, or market development roles.
• Proven success in multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities with executives.
• Ability to build business cases, value propositions, and customer-facing assets.

Responsibilities

• Define connected-care solution strategies and value propositions for corporate optometry segments.
• Lead executive-level discovery and opportunity development for large enterprise customers.
• Translate goals into deployable connected-care solutions leveraging Harmony®, IRIS®, and AI.
• Develop executive business cases tied to clinical and financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, regulatory, and implementation teams for go-to-market priorities.
• Create customer-facing assets: narratives, ROI models, demos, and reference stories.
• Travel ~50% to engage with customers and partners across regions.
