Job summary

Topcon Healthcare is seeking an Industry Solutions Executive to drive connected-care solutions for corporate optometry. You will translate client needs into enterprise-ready workflows, leveraging Harmony, IRIS, imaging tech, and AI-enabled insights to deliver measurable value for providers and health plans.

You will engage C-suite executives, design business cases, and partner with cross-functional teams to scale solutions across multi-location networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years in healthcare, health technology, medical devices, healthcare software, digital health, or related industries.
• Proven experience in enterprise commercial, strategic sales, business development, solutions consulting, or market development roles.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise opportunities involving executive decision‑makers.
• Experience developing business cases, value propositions, executive presentations, and customer‑facing sales tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a field sales organization and influence outcomes in a matrixed environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%.

Responsibilities

• Define connected‑care solution strategies and value propositions for corporate optometry segments.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Regulatory, and Implementation teams.
• Shape market‑facing solution narratives to communicate value of connected eye care.
• Identify opportunities to expand eye care within broader healthcare delivery models.
• Establish executive relationships and develop business cases tied to measurable outcomes.
• Lead discovery and opportunity development for enterprise healthcare organizations.
