Job summary

T-Mobile's All-Star Legal Team seeks a Senior Compliance Manager to lead a dedicated team of compliance testers, advise business owners and legal SMEs, and collaborate with counsel on robust remediation strategies.

The role drives AI/data-enabled maturity of the compliance program, advancing predictive analytics, dashboards, and monitoring to become more proactive over time. Leadership and regulatory expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
• 7-10 years auditing, corporate compliance, SOX, technical or IT controls testing or other relevant experience.
• 2+ years managing teams.
• Professional certification preferred (CCEP, LPEC, CICA).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to apply complex regulations to operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a dedicated team of compliance testers.
• Provide expert guidance and advice to business owners and legal SMEs on the development of effective compliance controls.
• Collaborate with legal counsel to understand implications of non-compliance and develop robust remediation strategies.
• Drives AI- data- and technology-enabled maturity of the compliance program - advancing predictive compliance analytics, dashboards, and monitoring so the function becomes increasingly predictive rather than reactive over time.
• Review and approve final reports documenting testing findings, recommendations, and management responses. Present findings to senior management and governance committees.
• Stay abreast of regulatory developments, DOJ guidance, industry trends, and emerging risks to ensure the compliance controls testing program remains relevant and effective.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting awareness of compliance risks, sharing lessons learned, and driving enhancements to all components of the enterprise compliance program framework.
• Drive a culture of compliance and ethical behavior throughout the organization by promoting awareness and accountability.
