Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a hands-on leader for a dedicated team of control testers within the All-Star Legal Team. You will build and manage robust testing programs, collaborating with internal lawyers and partners to create robust compliance practices around controls.

This role requires strategic leadership and a strong understanding of GRC frameworks. You will drive predictive analytics, dashboards, and monitoring to elevate the program, while staying abreast of DOJ guidance and industry

Qualifications

• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Experience working with corporate compliance programs.
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns and derive insights from testing and monitoring activities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Proven track record designing and implementing effective compliance controls.
• Strong understanding of regulatory landscape and applying complex regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of compliance testers and develop their capabilities.
• Provide guidance to owners and legal SMEs on effective compliance controls.
• Collaborate with legal to understand non-compliance implications and remediation strategies.
• Drive AI-enabled maturity of the program with predictive analytics and dashboards.
• Review and present testing findings to senior management and governance bodies.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and emerging risks.
• Foster continuous improvement and promote awareness of compliance risks.
• Promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior across the organization.
