Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR equivalent.
• 7-10 years professional experience in a large corporate environment in operations, finance, legal, audit or risk management.
• 2-4 years experience leading cross-functional initiatives, projects and/or programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management programs and reporting to governance bodies.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics for risk identification and reporting.
• Develop and recommend improvements to risk programs.
• Consult with executive leadership on enterprise risks and response strategies.
• Facilitate creation and approval of risk treatment plans.
