Job summary
T-Mobile’s Legal Operations team seeks a transformative leader to deliver strategic projects in Legal Intelligence. You will build data structures from Legal tools to create a cohesive ecosystem of reporting, insights, and analysis, while guiding a small team.
The role emphasizes masterful storytelling with data, collaboration with Legal leaders, and driving AI-enabled data solutions that support daily legal work and strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, data analysis, or related field.
- 7+ years leading data intelligence teams.
- 3+ years managing data teams including data engineers, data analysts and/or data scientists.
- 2+ years applying AI on top of data ecosystems.
- Experience translating complex data into strategic narratives for executive audiences.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Legal, IT, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design a strategic Legal Intelligence ecosystem enabling AI automation.
- Develop data pipelines, data models, and AI-enabled data solutions.
- Collaborate with solution developers and program managers to embed the data strategy in tools and projects.
- Lead a small team with empathy and vision, delivering on exec-facing reports and dashboards.
- Formalize and evangelize the Legal Intelligence roadmap and progress.
