Responsibilities

Lead the execution and continuous improvement of Oscar's enterprise compliance program.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to embed compliance into business processes.
Oversee investigations, monitoring, auditing, and reporting activities.
Provide guidance on federal and state healthcare regulations and obligations.
Report to and advise the Chief Compliance Officer and senior leaders.
