Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, or related risk management.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-wide compliance initiatives and teams.
• Experience designing and maintaining compliant healthcare programs.
• Experience with regulated health plans or healthcare tech providers.
• Ability to translate regulatory changes into enterprise priorities.
• Proven experience guiding investigations, monitoring, and policy governance.
• Strong advisory skills for senior leaders on regulatory issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and regulators.
