Job summary
Oscar Health is hiring a Senior Director of Enterprise Compliance to lead the enterprise-wide compliance program from a remote location in the United States. You will partner with Legal, Privacy, Security, Internal Audit, and product teams to embed compliance in processes and drive a culture of ethics and integrity.
You will report to the Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, and guide multi-year strategy, policy governance, and regulatory change management while overseeing investigations
Qualifications
- 12+ years in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, legal compliance, audit, or enterprise risk.
- 5+ years leading enterprise-wide compliance initiatives and teams.
- Experience designing implementing maintaining an effective healthcare compliance program.
- Experience advising senior leaders and handling complex regulatory issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication; experience with executive governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise compliance program, including strategy, work plans, risk assessments, and governance.
- Translate priorities into operating plans, allocate resources, and develop managers.
- Advise senior leaders on regulatory impacts impacting product, market and operations.
- Oversee investigations, monitoring, audits, remediation, and escalation of issues.
- Embed compliance requirements across Legal, Privacy, Security, Internal Audit, and product teams.
- Lead education and awareness to strengthen the culture of ethics and compliance.
