Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Senior Director, Enterprise Compliance to lead the enterprise compliance program and drive regulatory readiness across the organization. Based in New York City with a hybrid schedule requiring three in-office days per week, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to embed compliance into business processes and strategy.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, legal compliance, audit, or enterprise risk management.
• 5+ years leading high-performing compliance teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience designing and maintaining a healthcare compliance program aligned with federal/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise compliance program implementation and continuous improvement.
• Translate priorities into operating plans with ownership and governance.
• Advise senior leaders on regulatory and product impacts for Oscar's offerings.
• Oversee investigations, hotline reporting, and remediation activities.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, Security, Internal Audit, and other teams to embed compliance in processes.
• Lead education and awareness initiatives to strengthen ethics culture.
• Manage reporting to executives, Compliance Committee, Board committees, and regulators.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
