Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking an Associate Director of Corporate Compliance to train, investigate, monitor, and enforce programs ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local requirements. This role oversees compliance for Oscar's QHP operations and partners with leadership to promote an integrity-driven culture.

The position reports to the Director, Corporate and Regulatory Compliance and is based in Tempe, AZ with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare compliance experience.
• 5+ years leading compliance teams.
• 5+ years applying state and federal health insurance statutes, regulations, MA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support the Compliance team across all lines of business.
• Support design and continuous improvement of the corporate compliance program.
• Monitor and interpret federal and state regulations to lead business strategies.
