The role reports to the Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and is based in Tempe with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 in-office days per week. The base pay ranges from $196,733 to $258,212 with benefits and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, legal compliance, audit, or enterprise risk management.
• 5+ years leading high-performing compliance teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining an effective healthcare compliance program.
• Experience advising senior leaders on regulatory and operational compliance issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and continuous improvement of Oscar's enterprise compliance program, including strategy, annual work plans, risk assessments, policy governance, and monitoring.
• Translate priorities into operating plans; establish governance, allocate resources, develop managers, and drive measurable outcomes.
• Anticipate regulatory developments and advise senior leaders on effects for products, market participation, and operating models.
• Oversee investigations, reporting, fraud-prevention activities, corrective action plans, and remediation efforts.
