Oscar Health is seeking an Associate Director of Corporate Compliance in Tempe, AZ, offering a hybrid work schedule with three in-office days per week. The role reports to the Director of Corporate and Regulatory Compliance and focuses on building a best-in-class program across Oscar's QHP operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare compliance setting.
• 5+ years managing effective Compliance teams.
• 5+ years applying health insurance statutes/regulations to reporting/audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support the Compliance team across lines of business.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve the corporate compliance program.
• Monitor and interpret federal/state regulations to guide business strategy.
• Lead compliance investigations and oversee corrective action plans.
• Develop and manage comprehensive compliance training programs.
• Produce clear compliance reports for executives and regulators.
• Partner with Risk and Controls to manage regulatory risk.
• Lead regulatory implementations and monitoring.
• TEFCA subject matter expert.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
