Paylocity is seeking a Competitive Intelligence Manager to lead our CI strategy and own the Enterprise and Large Enterprise reference program. You’ll deliver market and customer insights to inform product, pricing, and go-to-market decisions while accelerating revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in competitive intelligence, product marketing, reference management, strategy, or sales enablement within enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building battlecards, win/loss programs, pricing benchmarks, and reference fulfillment.
• Strong quantitative analysis (Excel/Sheets) and qualitative synthesis with executive storytelling.
• Familiarity with HR/payroll/benefits domains and related buyer pain points in HCM.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve competitive intelligence and reference programs to influence GTM planning.
• Develop battlecards, objection guides, and narratives tailored for key buyer roles.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to translate insights into strategies.
• Own enterprise and large-enterprise customer references, case studies, and reviews.
• Measure impact and maintain CI tools, repositories, and advocacy assets.
