Job summary

Allegiance Crane & Equipment LLC in the Clear Lake area is seeking an experienced Enterprise Collaboration Architect to lead the design, implementation, governance, and optimization of enterprise collaboration technologies including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.

This role works with business leaders, IT, security, and other departments to develop secure, scalable solutions that improve communication and productivity across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with enterprise collaboration technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, governance, security, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, system integration, and digital workplace solutions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise collaboration technology strategy and roadmap.
• Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform solutions.
• Establish architecture standards, governance policies, and security best practices.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.
• Ensure collaboration platforms meet security, compliance, and business requirements.
• Drive user adoption, training, and continuous improvement of collaboration technologies.
