Job summary

Trimble Inc. seeks a Cloud Hosting Field Technical Support Professional to resolve high-priority incidents in enterprise ERP and cloud-hosted environments.

You will triage, troubleshoot, and communicate proactively with customers to protect business continuity across Azure/AWS stacks. Based in Westminster, CO or Lake Oswego, OR, this role requires 10-25% travel and a passion for customer success in construction tech.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hands-on technical support for hosted ERP or cloud infrastructure environments (Azure, AWS).
• Proficiency troubleshooting Windows Server, IIS, VPNs, and Microsoft 365 or SMTP relay configurations.
• Practical working knowledge of SQL Server administration and relational database querying.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to de-escalate urgent issues and manage enterprise customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rapid, high-impact technical triage and resolution for hosted enterprise environments across phone, chat, email, and ticket portals.
• Troubleshoot and administer complex cloud hosting ecosystems, resolving issues across Windows Server, network connectivity, and virtual desktop platforms.
• Diagnose SQL data integrity issues and enterprise configurations to restore service quickly during incidents.
• Champion customer success with proactive communication while refining support procedures for maximum efficiency.
