Trimble is seeking a Cloud Hosting Field Technical Support Professional in Westminster, CO (hybrid travel 10-25%). You’ll resolve high‑priority incidents for hosted ERP and cloud environments, safeguarding continuity and delivering elite technical support across the construction technology stack.

You will troubleshoot Windows Server, SQL, VPNs, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), while communicating clearly with enterprise customers and refining support processes for efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on technical support for hosted enterprise ERP or cloud infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot Windows Server, IIS pools, VPNs, and Microsoft 365 or SMTP relay.
• Strong written and verbal communication with experience de-escalating urgent incidents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rapid, high‑impact technical triage and resolution for critical hosted enterprise environments across phone, chat, email, and ticketing portals.
• Troubleshoot and administer complex cloud hosting ecosystems, resolving intricate issues across virtual desktop platforms, Windows Server infrastructure, and network connectivity.
• Diagnose database queries, SQL data integrity, and enterprise communication configurations to restore service quickly during high‑priority incidents.
• Champion customer success by keeping stakeholders informed with transparent, proactive communication while refining support procedures for maximum efficiency.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands‑on technical support experience managing hosted enterprise ERP or cloud infrastructure environments (Azure, AWS).
• Proven proficiency troubleshooting Windows Servers, IIS application pools, network VPNs, and Microsoft 365 or SMTP relay configurations.
• Practical working knowledge of SQL Server administration, relational database querying, and performance issue resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to de‑scale urgent issues and manage enterprise customer interactions.

Bonus Points For

• Direct experience supporting Viewpoint Vista, ProContractor, Accubid, AutoBid, or comparable construction management software platforms.
• Experience managing tiered escalation workflows within modern enterprise CRM and incident management ticketing platforms.

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
